Products and availability

LAUXET creates thoughtfully designed apparel, accessories, jewelry, and lifestyle products. Product availability is limited and may change without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, limit, or remove products from the Site at any time. Certain products may be produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked once sold out.

Product descriptions

We strive to present products as accurately as possible. However, colors, textures, finishes, and materials may appear differently depending on device screens, lighting conditions, photography, and manufacturing variations. Minor variations shall not be considered defects. LAUXET does not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, or other Site content will be completely error-free.

Pricing

All prices displayed on the Site are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Prices may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes, shipping fees, duties, and other charges will be displayed during checkout when applicable. LAUXET reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

Payment

We accept approved payment methods displayed during checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. Orders may be declined, canceled, or delayed if payment authorization cannot be verified.

08 / Acceptance

Order acceptance

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. LAUXET reserves the right to:

• Refuse any order.
• Limit quantities purchased.
• Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Cancel orders resulting from pricing or inventory errors.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

09 / Delivery

Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. LAUXET is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, service disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.

10 / Returns

Returns and exchanges

Returns are governed by the LAUXET Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Returned merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by all original tags and accessories. Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.

11 / Jewelry

Jewelry return requirements

For hygiene, quality assurance, and product integrity reasons, jewelry returns must be received in original condition. LAUXET reserves the right to deny returns for jewelry that shows signs of wear, alteration, damage, misuse, or missing packaging components.

12 / Ownership

Intellectual property

All content appearing on the Site, including LAUXET trademarks, logos, product names, product designs, graphics, photography, videos, artwork, text, packaging designs, and marketing materials, is owned exclusively by LAUXET, LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or used without prior written consent from LAUXET.

13 / Conduct

User conduct

You agree not to use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorized access to Site systems; interfere with Site functionality; transmit malicious code; scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site; or impersonate another person or entity.

Violation of these provisions may result in immediate termination of access.

14 / Submissions

User content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, photographs, videos, or other content to LAUXET, you grant LAUXET a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such content in connection with our business operations and marketing efforts.

You represent that you own or control the rights to any content submitted.

15 / Warranties

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUXET DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LAUXET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

16 / Liability

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LAUXET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SITE, PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, DELAYS IN DELIVERY, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, OR WEBSITE INTERRUPTIONS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL LAUXET’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

17 / Indemnity

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LAUXET, its affiliates, owners, officers, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict of law principles.

19 / Jurisdiction

Venue and jurisdiction

Any dispute, claim, controversy, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or any purchase from LAUXET shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts serving Genesee County, Michigan.

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
