SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Each LAUXET piece is prepared with care and intention. Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During limited releases or private access periods, processing times may extend slightly—this is part of our commitment to thoughtful handling rather than speed. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be introduced selectively.

RETURNS

LAUXET is designed for women who choose intentionally. For that reason, returns are accepted under specific conditions. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and unused In original condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage will not be accepted.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at support@lauxet.com within the return window. Approved returns will receive instructions for shipment. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to select another piece, we recommend completing a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs so we may resolve the matter promptly.
